A couple of weeks ago, Joe & I both had the day off so we decided to head out to Priest Lake. I had never been there, but believe me, I hear about it all the time! It is one of Joe's Favorite places to go. It's about an hour and 15 minutes from Spokane. Huge in recreation (camping, boating, fishing, hiking, hunting...), we spent the day relaxing on the beach.

and a Huckleberry Margaritta!!
I have since been told to try the Huckleberry Cheesecake

Just so you know the last cow picture makes that specific cow look sooooo mean! I'm happy you and Joe got to spend some relaxation time together. I miss you bunches! Maybe when I come out you won't recognize me anymore. :)
